The next time you write something deeply and honestly truthful, stop and notice your breath.
It is not uncommon that you might hold your breath unconsciously. If you are ever in that spot, take a moment to inhale deeply from your belly and exhale slowly. Do it a couple of times as a way to release and center yourself again.
