Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us if you have any problems with your digital download order.
Our refund and returns policy on physical products is good for 3 weeks. If 3 weeks have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
Since all of our physical products are custom printed or handcrafted, we are usually unable to resell returned items. Therefore, we are unable to refund items due solely to buyer’s remorse/change of mind. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit to you. We will make every effort to replace items that are damaged or go missing during delivery at no cost to you.
If you need to replace a damaged or missing item, send us screenshots of the damaged item and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can confirm non-delivery of missing items through the shipping carrier. For theft of items already confirmed as delivered to you we cannot replace it and we hate that there are package thieves stealing joy in this world!
Since our general policy is to replace defective or missing physical products rather than refund, we only consider refunds in exceptional cases. We will contact you by email to handle details of any refunds.
Refunds, if granted, are applied to your credit card or method of payment, within a week of notification.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to your designated recipient, contact us if there is a need for replacement of defective or damaged goods in transit.
